Dr. Wheatley’s recent work that details biaxial stretch of passive skeletal muscle is published in Frontiers in Physiology. The paper is a huge step for the lab in a couple of ways – it is the first study to employ biaxial stretch to evaluate the material properties of muscle, and it’s the lab’s first fully open source paper!
